As the years went by, things started to get better, and in 1970, the three sons Ottavio, Giampiero, and Fulvio, bought extra land next to what they already owned, so they were then able to enlargen the Campsite.
Over the years, the Signorini family continued to grow; in fact the three brothers gave their grandfathers six grandsons, and from the 80's onwards five of them (one was still too young) played an active role in the management of the Campsite. This younger generation truly brought new ideas, getting the buildings renovated so as to meet the needs of today's generation, had the public areas enlargened, had the the car park made bigger, and had the internal roads and paths improved.
As the demand increased, the idea of also having showers, toilets and laundry rooms came to the grandfathers and sons of the Signorini family, as well as that of asking guests for rent money for the plots that up till then had been paid for simply by giving a small present. The year 1961 was when the Le Calanchiole Campsite officially came to be.
In May 1971, the building known today as the Villa Angelica Residence was completed, so now the Signorini family could offer accommodation not just to campers, but also to holiday-makers. As the years went by, internal facilities like the mini-market, the bar, and the restaurant were added, the hygienic services increased in number and were improved, and the plots became much more practical.
In 1997 the Signorini had a stroke of luck and bought another campsite right next to their previous one: the Lido Campsite. In 2006 they bought a villa and had it turned into 4 flats, all right on the beach. Today, the Signorini family is proud to offer accommodation to their guests both in their Campsites and in the Villa Angelica Residence. Whichever guests choose, they can be sure of a relaxing, peaceful holiday right on the beach, surrounded by Mediterranean bush, in accommodation that has every facility and comfort at hand.
