Reaching Elba Island by plane is quick and easy
Although it is an island, Elba is closer than you think. With direct flights from some Italian and European cities, getting there is a matter of minutes!
Elba Island Airport is located in Marina di Campo, on the southwest coast of the island, and is the main stopover for those wishing to land directly on Elba without going by ferry. Small, convenient, and well connected, the airport operates year-round with direct flights from Pisa and Florence, and seasonal connections from Milan Linate.
Once you land, it only takes about 25 minutes by car to reach Le Calanchiole Camping Village, located in Lido di Capoliveri on the island’s beautiful southeastern coast. It’s a short, scenic and relaxing drive that will take you within a few kilometers of your flight directly to your corner of tranquility by the sea.
